The Gene Cafe CBR 101 has a sleek design and roasts up to 10 ounces of green coffee at a time. This is a rotating drum style roaster and produces a very consistent roast level. You have control over temperature and time with the twist of two knobs - simple and effective. Digital read out gives actual temp.
