These items are identified in the product description, and the charges for lift/gate and residential shipping are required to be paid by the Customer at time of checkout.
Some manufacturers recommend that these products be shipped exclusively by palletized freight in order to prevent damage from occurring in transit. The manufacturer Warranty is void on products damaged during ground shipment or delivered differently than proposed by the supplier, via palletized freight.
Happy Hops Home Brewing ships these products according to the manufacturer's shipping recommendations via palletized freight which requires addition shipping charges for "Residential and Lift/Gate" fees from the supplier. Happy Hops Home Brewing charges a flat rate of $50 for lift/gate and "Residential" deliveries.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or by phone. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Most orders will be delivered to your address provided at checkout within 2 (two) weeks.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, most orders will ship from the supply warehouse/supplier within five business days from the date of your order. Some orders may take longer due to backorders or ground shipping schedules from suppliers. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the supply warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
